Up to 100 seated, depending on layout. Most décor packages cover up to 75 seated guests; larger events need a custom quote.
HIDEOUT SUITES
An upstairs setting for private dinners, micro weddings, vow renewals, and celebrations, with loft and covered balcony access.
Suites packages currently cover up to 40 seated guests. Dining packages include meals for 30; additional meals are $65 per person, within the package limit.

No. This tool helps you plan. A custom proposal and a $500 non-refundable retainer, applied toward your overall balance, secure your date after availability is confirmed. Every booking also has a $175 cleaning fee and a $400 refundable security deposit.

Every booking also requires a $400 refundable security deposit, shown separately in the total funds needed. Taxes, unselected food, alcohol, vendors and custom upgrades may add to your total. Inclusions depend on your package. Venue Only includes 5 hours and no chairs; clients can rent chairs for $4.50 each. Full Day includes 8 hours and up to 100 chairs. Both rental timeframes include setup, event time and breakdown. Standard, Luxe, Premium, and Signature exclude food and beverages. All Inclusive lists catering for 75 and a four-hour open bar. Yes, outside vendors and catering are allowed. Alcohol must be served by Hideout’s licensed and insured bartender. Published bartending is $75 per hour when it is not already included.
Yes. Venue rental time includes access to begin setup, the event, and breakdown. All items and guests must be out of the venue by the end time listed on your contract.
Venue capacity and package coverage are different. Most Ballroom décor packages cover 75 seated guests, even though the Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 seated. Suites packages currently cover 40 seated. Ask us for a layout and custom quote before choosing a larger event.
Complete the inquiry, arrange a walkthrough, review your custom proposal, and secure your date. Clients receive up to three consultations. The remaining balance and final decisions are due at least one month before the event; the refundable security deposit is due two weeks before.
Free parking is available. The downstairs Ballroom has two ADA restrooms. Hideout Suites is upstairs; discuss your guests’ access needs with our team before choosing that space.
